I found out how refreshing pineapple drinks can be especially when made yourself. There are various ways to make a pineapple drink. This is one of the ways and it is not stressful at all. Did you know that pineapple speeds up the healing of wounds, boosts immunity, prevents cancer amongst many other awesome benefits it has? The importance of fruits cannot be overemphasized. Therefore, take fruits, take fruits and when you are tired of it, take some more fruits;)
- Ripe Pineapple back
- Lemon juice
- Wash thoroughly and Cut your pineapple. Use to make coconut pineapple smoothie here. Keep the back of the pineapple.
N.B: When cutting the back, cut generously with some flesh of the pineapple.
- Cook this with ginger and some sugar till it starts boiling and turn the heat off.
- Leave to cool and pour in a jar, add some lemon juice. Leave to get chilled in the refrigerator
- Serve and enjoy!
