What should my kitchen look like?

I have often dreamt of the kind of kitchen I would love to have. Wonderland has taken me to several; a Tom Howley’s Kitchen, Christopher Howard Kitchen and even a Pedini luxury kitchen. The ambience, grandeur, and solitude are undoubtedly attractive. I am not a professional chef, and this is definitely beyond being a Pro chef. Beauty is obvious both to the learned and the amateur. Whether it be day or night, there is that joy of having a spacious place to isolate yourself testing and creating recipes. This is the desire; I believe of every food enthusiast. If you have ever tried to create something new in the kitchen, you would attest that clutteredness is one great aversion and a turnoff for trying out new things. This led to my thoughts regarding what a standard kitchen should look like.

So, what kind of kitchen should you have?

A Standard kitchen should be spacious – This is difficult to control especially if you live in a rented apartment. I currently live in one and my kitchen is pretty small especially for the adventures and memories I would love to create. However, you can maximize the little space you have by creatively arranging tools and appliances in a cabinet. There are tons of free kitchen cabinet ideas on Pinterest.

A Standard kitchen should have kitchen equipment and appliances  – Depending on the size of your kitchen, one needful thing to be able to work conveniently in the kitchen is appliances. A refrigerator,  an oven, a blender/food processor, and a cooker are essentials. Other useful appliances include juice extractor, air fryer, instant pot and many other kitchen appliances that exist.

A Standard Kitchen should have a board/wall where new recipes to test are written – While this is my additional idea, if you are a food enthusiast and explorer, this is a must-have. You need to have a list of new recipes to try out from time to time. You don’t want your meals to be boring hence, it is important you create memories in your kitchen while the time is abundant.

Perhaps it is a small or a big kitchen you have, how it is maximized is what matters. Besides, you can dare to dream, just like I do!
