It often happens, that I am trying to prepare a meal and while about to blend the tomatoes, I suddenly think “Oh, I would prefer diced tomatoes and other vegetables for a twist” After this thought, the entire food process changes which on the long run might mean using more or less equipment, devoting more time to the food and perhaps, more fun in the kitchen.
I wrote my thoughts on what a proper kitchen should look like about two months ago. In that post, I talked about a standard kitchen being airy and spacious, having kitchen equipment and owning a recipe board in the kitchen. However, in this post, I would be sharing my ideas on the must-haves in your kitchen. Probably you are moving into a new home as a newly married or you just need additional things in your kitchen, I have some ideas on what should be on your list of Kitchen Essentials in 2021.
I was able to create sections for each of the equipment based on appliances for cooking, for serving food, washing/ keeping the kitchen clean, storing food and other equipment useful in the kitchen. I also sorted them by colours – Green for high priority, Orange for medium priority and blue for low priority. Let’s begin!
