This is a really delicious smoothie especially if you love mangoes really well. Mangoes are seasonal fruits and even though it is going out of season, you can still get to but at the market or pluck from your backyard (if you have a mango tree at home) or a friend’s or a neighbour’s. This mixture is really good and taste well when the mango is ripe and not sour. Without wasting much time, let’s go!
- Frozen mangoes(Cut the flesh and keep in a freezer bag(or a small container) in the refrigerator)
- Chunks of pineapple
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Put the fruits and lemon juice together and blend.
